This position will support firmwide and New York campus recruiting efforts by providing strategic direction and execution for summer associates and new associates. The Manager will work closely alongside local and firmwide teammates, as well as in collaboration with lawyers, senior staff, and other stakeholders to identify hiring needs and ensure our campus recruiting programs, summer associate program, and talent pipeline are world-class. The primary focus is on campus and summer associate recruiting, although there will be opportunities to work on lateral associate, counsel, and judicial clerkship recruiting.

Given the highly collaborative and relationship-driven nature of this position, the Manager is expected to work in the office 3-4 days per week. During the summer associate program, the Manager is expected to work in the office 5 days per week to ensure the successful execution of programming and support for summer associates, attorneys, and the recruiting team.
The firm offers a generous total compensation package with bonuses and raises awarded in recognition of individual merit-based performance. Pay Transparency Range: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $125,000 - $155,000.
The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
